Shipping & Delivery Policy
Our products are custom-made brick parts. Please review the following shipping and delivery information carefully before placing your order.
1.Order Confirmation & Shipment Notification
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
2.Total Delivery Time
The total delivery time is calculated from the date you place your order to the date you receive it and consists of two parts:
1）Processing Time: Time required to produce, prepare, and ship your order
2）Shipping Time: Time required for the package to travel from our warehouse to your destination
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
3.Processing Time (Production & Handling)
Processing time refers to the period required to manufacture, quality-check, package, and dispatch your order.
As PartsBricks provides customized parts, all items are produced based on order volume and production schedules.
Handling time: Typically 15–20 days.(from order placement to picking).
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to production capacity or unforeseen circumstances.
4.Shipping Time
We offer three delivery options with varying timeframes.
Yunexpress（0-30kg ）：12-15 business days
Sea Shipping （13kg Up）：13-50kg / 25-30 business days
Air Shipping（22kg up）： 22-50kg / 7-10 business days

PartsBricks ships to most countries worldwide.
If there are any delivery restrictions or issues with your address, we will contact you within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
7.Why Can’t I Choose My Preferred Carrier?
To ensure reliable delivery and cost efficiency, we select the most suitable shipping carrier based on your destination, package size, weight, and local logistics conditions.
8.Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost. Please note that express shipments are more likely to be inspected by customs and may result in additional duties, taxes, or delays.

9. Shipping & Service Delays
Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimated only.
Unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, customs inspections, or other force majeure events.
10.Package Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking information.
